Hypatia Training Online Academy

Beyond the test. Into better care.

Evidence-led specialist education in hearing, balance and neuroinclusive care—designed to deepen clinical reasoning and improve the experience of the person in front of you.

Welcome to Hypatia Training

Learning for the realities of clinical practice

The best clinical education does more than transfer knowledge. It sharpens judgement, builds confidence and changes what happens in the room with a patient. Hypatia brings specialist expertise, clinical reasoning and practical tools together—helping you move from information to insight, and from insight to better care.

Evidence with Context

Engage with current evidence without losing the nuance, uncertainty and clinical judgement that complex care demands.

Clinical Reasoning in Action

Learn through real clinical questions, cases and decision points—not information presented in isolation.

Person Centred By Design

Build care around communication, sensory needs and lived experience—not simply the diagnosis.

Rigorous enough for specialists.
Practical enough for tomorrow.

Every Hypatia programme is designed to make specialist learning meaningful, usable and relevant to the realities of clinical practice

Created by Clinicians

Learning shaped by people who understand the decisions, limitations and responsibilities of real clinical care.

Evidence Carefully Interpreted

Research is explored transparently and within its clinical context—without reducing complexity to a checklist.

Made to be used

Practical frameworks, cases and resources help new understanding travel back into your work.

Built for real life

Flexible learning that respects busy professionals without diluting depth, challenge or quality

Expertise with Curiosity at its Core

Clinician-Led Education

Hypatia Training was founded by Amy Lennox-Bowley, Consultant Audiologist, vestibular specialist and clinical educator. Her work spans complex patient care, university teaching, research collaboration and international professional education.

She created Hypatia to provide the kind of learning clinicians need when protocols alone are not enough: rigorous, thoughtful, practical and deeply human.
